Kim from Kim’s Green Gardens has been working with edible plants and food garden layouts for many years. She is a foodie at heart and has studied the nutritional value and health benefits of many of the edible plants and companion plants available to us. All gardening practices are totally organic and eco friendly. All pest control methods are made from plant matter or using companion planting patterns. KGG concentrates on water wise food garden designs and practices. Kim will offer cooking demonstrations and hands on workshops for all to discover this fascinating world of healthy living.

KGG has a wealth of notes, literature, workshop topics and experience in this field and would like to make a difference in our rural communities. We believe that should each household have the opportunity to have access to more information on edible plants and family health then this would go a long way to the saying “healthy plants = healthy happy people “
